“From rack management to running full-stack tech.”
7,000 already did. $10K–$85K+ salaries.
Two tracks. 24 to 52 weeks. Core to Advanced. Only 30 students per track, globally. We screen every applicant.
We started The Hacking School in 2013 when nobody in India believed a bootcamp could produce real engineers. Thirteen years and 7,000+ graduates later, working at Google, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, startups across three continents, we know it can.
code.in is the next chapter. Same belief: anybody can code. But the world changed. AI changed everything. So we rebuilt the curriculum from scratch. Two specialized tracks, production-grade projects, live instruction every single day. Not a course. Not a certificate. A year of your life spent actually becoming an engineer.
We're not for everyone. We're for the 30 people per track, anywhere in the world, who are hungry enough to show up every day for 52 weeks. That's it. Thirty.
Non-tech grads, dropouts, career switchers. Here's what shipped them from there to here.
“From rack management to running full-stack tech.”
“From physics dropout to AI startup engineer.”
“Hired before his own college could graduate him.”
“From science graduate to building AI products.”
“From trainee to SDE-3 at a global SaaS unicorn.”
“From commerce degree to data engineer at Mars.”
“From admin desk to engineering at Salesforce.”
“From mechanical engineer to software at an AI startup.”
“From BA English to senior manager at New Relic.”

For 12th pass: We've partnered with a recognized university for a 3-year online BCA that runs alongside code.in. Real engineering skills + a UGC-recognized degree, for less than what most private colleges charge for the degree alone.
For graduates: Optional Masters program with partner universities. Upgrade your credentials while you build real engineering skills.
Ask our admissions team about degree pathways on your screening call.
We reject more applicants than we accept. No coding background needed, but we need to see hunger, aptitude, and the ability to commit.
Not a MOOC with 10,000 enrollments. Not a certificate mill. Thirty people per track, hand-picked through a 5-step screening process. Every week has a deliverable. You build or you're out.
Not a certificate. A portfolio, a skill set, and the ability to pass real engineering interviews.
Five steps. We're looking for hunger and thinking ability, not credentials or connections. Not everyone who applies gets in.
No. Core starts from absolute zero. We've taken people who've never seen a terminal and turned them into working engineers. What we look for is aptitude and commitment, not existing skills.
Core (Weeks 1-22) builds your foundation, enough to land your first engineering job. Pro (Weeks 23-52) gets you to product company level. Advanced DSA, system design, the whole interview stack. Advanced is an optional specialist tier for AI/ML engineers. You earn each tier by passing assessments.
Live instructor-led sessions. 660 hours over 52 weeks. You show up, build things, get feedback from real engineers. It's not a MOOC. It's not YouTube at 2x speed. Talk to admissions for format details.
Yes. For 12th pass students, we offer a 3-year online BCA with a recognized partner university — real skills from code.in + a UGC-recognized degree, for less than most private colleges charge. For graduates, we offer an optional Masters program with partner universities. Ask admissions for details on the screening call.
We'll walk you through the full fee structure and payment options on the screening call. The application itself is completely free, no commitment to apply.
We've had people from sales, banking, teaching, MBA grads, army veterans, across 13 years and 7,000+ graduates. If you can commit to 52 weeks of hard work, your age and background don't matter.
The program is intense by design. We select carefully upfront because we want people who finish. If life happens, we'll work with you, but we won't sugarcoat it: this requires real commitment.
We screen every applicant. The application itself takes 10 seconds and costs nothing.
